General Conditions of Sale

- Currency in all dealings will be AED. In case of any other currency, kindly confirm the exchange rates with us before placing an order as there may be extra charges for currency conversion.
- Our prices do not include VAT.
- Prices given for special projects are given considering the quantities in the original enquiry. Even if it is a continuation, the prices given for individual purchases are not valid.
- We are not obliged to provide service and service to products that do not have an invoice or a waybill.
- Invoices that are not paid as agreed and on time may be levied a late penalty for delay or losses.

- In cases where the delivery time is determined by a written contract made at the order stage and not confirmed by our company, our company delivers as soon as possible. In cases where the delivery time is not confirmed by the written contract, our company does not pay any delay penalty.
- When legal resolution of disputes is required, UAE courts are authorized.
- Our company reserves the right to make price changes without notice. It does not accept responsibility for any printing and typographical errors.
Warranty Terms and Conditions
The products in our sales program are under the guarantee of our company:
- The warranty period is 18 months from the invoice date or 12 months from the date of usage, whichever is earlier. Usage errors are not covered by the warranty.

conditions. - Damage and malfunctions caused by fire, lightning, flood, earthquake, freezing, and other disasters.
